Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and delivering comprehensive benefit solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all benefit-related inquiries and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their specific employee benefits needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction and to deliver effective benefit solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date information and compliance support
- Drive new business growth through networking and referrals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in employee benefits account management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of benefit plan design, compliance, and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) License
