Job Title: Personal Lines Senior Client Manager

 

Job Summary
The Personal Lines Senior Client Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business. This role requires a deep understanding of coverage options, carrier guidelines, and client service standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships by delivering exceptional service, maintaining accuracy in policy administration, and ensuring timely processing of all tasks related to policy servicing and renewals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance accounts with minimal oversight
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, new business, billing inquiries, service requests, and claims support
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries as needed
  • Maintain current knowledge of insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, and carrier procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and department leadership to support renewal efforts and service objectives
  • Utilize agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic) for documentation, task management, and policy processing

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3–7 years of personal lines account management experience required
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Experience using Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and problem-solve independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive client information with discretion
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a client-first mindset
  • Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently
