Account Manager Opportunity – WC/P&C Coverage (Greater Lansing Area, MI)
Full-Time | Hybrid | $75K–$95K + Bonus

We are partnering with a highly respected and mission-driven insurance organization in the Greater Lansing area to identify a seasoned Account Manager with strong client-facing experience in P&C and Workers' Compensation. 🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with clients

• Present and explain liability, property, and workers’ compensation coverages

• Represent the company at member events, conferences, and school functions

• Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Risk Control, and Claims departments

• Maintain CRM systems and participate in regular team meetings

• Deliver professional presentations to audiences of all sizes

✅ What They’re Looking For:

• Agency/Broker background with proven client relationship skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Risk Management/Insurance (PC/WC preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Ability to obtain a Michigan P&C license within 3 months

• Located near the Greater Lansing area and able to travel as needed

• Polished communication and presentation skills

• Tech-savvy with strong organizational habits
