Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their employee benefits programs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of benefits plans, including enrollment, billing, and claims resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present benefit plan options and recommendations to clients
  • Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide proactive guidance to clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of medical and voluntary benefits offerings, compliance, and industry trends
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits, including ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA

  • Engage in regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide proactive support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and administration of benefits programs
