Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions
- Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms and coverage
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients, including handling policy changes, renewals, and claims
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of client requests
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or related field
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and risk management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $65k-$85k (based on experience).
