Job Title: Insurance Market Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales and service representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance individual and team success.

Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners to increase the visibility and influence of the agency in the market.

Analyze sales data to generate insightful reports and make strategic decisions that will drive growth and market penetration.

Ensure the consistent execution of agency processes and protocols, aligning with leadership goals and directives.

Collaborate with HR and local teams to enhance recruitment efforts within your market area.

Monitor and manage day-to-day operational tasks, including timecard tracking, paid time off requests, and employee responsibilities.

Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in production, retention, and revenue growth.

Oversee essential administrative tasks such as daily deposits, mail duties, accounting submissions, and ensuring agency cleanliness.

Attend required meetings and trainings to stay aligned with leadership objectives and industry best practices.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Licenses and Certifications: Must hold a General Lines Property and Casualty License.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience in the insurance industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

Extensive knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience with AMS systems such as Applied Epic preferred.
