Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide support during the claims process and assist clients with claim resolutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients and promoting client loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling of additional insurance products
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role in the insurance industry
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in agency management systems (EPIC experience highly preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is preferred
