- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
- In-depth understanding of commercial lines
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulations
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
Day-to-day
- Interacting with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Reviewing policy coverage and terms to ensure accuracy
- Collaborating with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive quotes
- Providing support and assistance to clients regarding claims and policy inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for client accounts
