Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Manage policy renewals and conduct ongoing account reviews
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and retention
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate coverage terms and conditions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
• In-depth understanding of commercial lines
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulations
• Excellent customer relationship management skills

Day-to-day

• Interacting with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Reviewing policy coverage and terms to ensure accuracy
• Collaborating with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive quotes
• Providing support and assistance to clients regarding claims and policy inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for client accounts
