Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (Personal Lines)
Established Independent Insurance Agency seeks a full time or part time Licensed Customer Service Representative to support the agency, service customers, process endorsements and renewal policies, re-market policies, and other miscellaneous agency functions.
Candidate must have extensive experience in customer service and retention. They must provide prompt, friendly, and accurate Customer Service in person, over the phone, and via e-mail.
Job Summary
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Answer basic policy and billing questions from customers
- Process renewal policies and write renewal letters
- Process policy endorsements
- Identify and present cross sell opportunities
- Develop working relationship with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to spelling, grammar & punctuation
- High attention to detail
- Team player that can work independently with little or no supervision
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
- AMS360 / PLRater experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
