Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a portfolio of employee benefits clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that client needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Provide personalized service to clients, including plan design, consultation, and ongoing support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Communicate plan changes, updates, and compliance issues to clients
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of client benefit plans
  • Research industry trends and best practices to recommend enhancements to client plans
  • Participate in client presentations and meetings to review plan performance and discuss future strategies

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA), ERISA, and HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applied EPIC
  • Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) License

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $60k-$100k (based on experience)
