Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Surety Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and maintaining a portfolio of surety bond accounts. They will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proven track record in account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage a portfolio of surety bond accounts
- Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other pertinent information for underwriting purposes
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of bond accounts
- Keep abreast of industry trends and provide clients with guidance and support as needed
- Monitor account performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the surety bond industry
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently
