Job Summary
We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage insurance accounts for our clients, providing excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries and changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Process new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and bind coverage
- Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
- Stay current on insurance industry trends and regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- P&C (Property and Casualty) Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $50k-$60k (based on experience)
