Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage insurance accounts for our clients, providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries and changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Process new business, renewals, and endorsements
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and bind coverage
  • Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
  • Stay current on insurance industry trends and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • P&C (Property and Casualty) Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $50k-$60k (based on experience)
