Personal Lines Insurance Assistant/CSR - REMOTE (Florida & Georgia Applicants ONLY)

Must be P&C licensed or FL 2-20

Responsibilities:

As a CSR/Insurance Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of customer service, supporting Account Managers, and ensuring account retention. You'll be responsible for providing impeccable service, independent thinking, and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in policy quoting, binding, and issuing, changes, certificates and endorsements
• Ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and suggest relevant coverage.
• Collaborating with multiple producers and a seasoned service team.
• Cultivating professional customer service skills.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems such as EZ Lynx are preferred

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an independent brokerage or agency.
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
• While a college degree is preferred, it's not mandatory.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage face-to-face with customers.
• Proficiency in data entry and online quoting.
• Providing administrative support and contributing to various projects as needed.
