Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their insurance needs.
- Review and analyze policy coverage to ensure it meets clients' requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on risk management and insurance solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate advice and recommendations to clients.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other client service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance and account management.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, coverages, and underwriting procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CISR) are preferred.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
