Responsibilities

• Manage commercial lines accounts, focusing on small to mid-market clients
• Handle A-Z servicing and support account managers in daily tasks
• Quote new and renewal business, and utilize Epic software for these processes
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective client service

Qualifications

• Required or preferred P&C licensure/designations, with openness to experienced candidates willing to obtain licensure
• 1+ years of insurance experience, with a strong tenure and generalist knowledge in commercial lines
• Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of the company

Day-to-day

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial Lines Account Manager will include managing commercial accounts, providing comprehensive servicing, and supporting account managers in various tasks. This role will also involve quoting new and renewal business, utilizing Epic software, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional client service.
