Job Description:

Our client is seeking to add a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to their team. This role will consist of handling NY Med only & Lost Time Claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Workers Compensation Law. This is a full-time Remote position.

Responsibilities: 

• Handling NY Indemnity and Med Only Workers Compensation Claims
• Claim count: 300+ 

Requirements:

• 4+ years handling WC Lost time claims in NY
• Two or more years experience handling litigated claims with a well-developed understanding of the litigation process
• Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills

Salary/Benefits:

• $ 85,000 - $ 90,000 annual salary (based on experience)
