Employee Benefits Account Manager
Established benefits broker seeking an employee benefits account manager. Competitive salary and great benefits.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life disability lines of coverage
- Worked with small groups, up to 100 members
- Handling RFP's, quoting, preparing proposals, enrollment, coverage review, renewals, managing carrier relationships
- Must be comfortable working with clients, group members, and/or human resources to answer policy questions, manage complex issues, recommend applicable coverage as needed, and provide general customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must carry an active Life and Health License
