Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal lines accounts, producing new business, and maintaining existing client relationships. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for personal lines insurance clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, including responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
- Utilize effective sales and marketing strategies to generate new business and expand the personal lines portfolio.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and insurance products to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Producer in the insurance industry, with a focus on standard personal lines.
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and software.
- An active Texas P&C license is required.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $50k-$65k (based on experience) + commission.
