Personal Insurance Account Manager - Wayne, PA

Are you a personable and detail-oriented professional with a passion for building client relationships? An established insurance agency is looking for a dedicated Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering timely quotes, recognizing cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide accurate and timely insurance quotes while maintaining a strong focus on client needs.
• Recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
• Handle new and renewal submissions, including quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
• Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure the best rates for clients.
• Manage accounts effectively and efficiently, ensuring all client needs are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in personal lines coverage within an agency or brokerage setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and proven sales ability.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience working with multiple carriers, rating systems, and overall account management.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty License.
• Work Ethic: A self-starter who can independently manage responsibilities and tasks.
