Job Description
Commercial Lines Marketing Manager
- Gather loss runs, prior policy details, and exposure data from producers to prepare Statements of Values (SOVs), ACORD forms, and supplemental applications.
- Market new and renewal accounts, identifying competitive coverage options and negotiating terms with carriers.
- Address underwriting challenges, working to resolve issues before escalating to the producer.
- Develop and present proposals to producers, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and activity logs in the agency management system.
- Provide guidance to account executives and account managers on market trends
- Offer training to the team on carrier appetite changes, underwriting updates, and market trends.
- Assist with additional agency tasks as needed, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial property insurance marketing or underwriting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Florida’s property insurance market, including underwriting guidelines and carrier appetite.
- Proficiency in ACORD forms, insurance applications, and agency management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
