Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that involves managing a book of business - primarily construction/contractor accounts. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of insurance industry experience, with proficiency in EPIC software.
Responsibilities
- Manage and quote new/renewal business for small to middle market accounts
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and policy handling
- Collaborate with the CL Manager and team to ensure efficient client service
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business retention
- Conduct regular account reviews and risk assessments to identify potential coverage gaps
- Provide proactive risk management advice and solutions to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Active P&C license
- Proficiency in EPIC software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $65K-$85K (based on experience).
