Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business and maintaining a book of business, with a focus on mid to large accounts. The role will involve field sales efforts and may require travel to meet with clients and attend work events. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background and a proven track record of revenue production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to bring in new business
- Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on transportation and agriculture accounts
- Maintain and grow a book of business, with a target revenue of $450k+
- Collaborate with leadership and other team members to achieve sales targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including the use of EPIC software for sales activities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must hold a P&C license for Commercial Lines and Personal Lines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales, with a strong track record of revenue production
- Familiarity with insurance software, particularly EPIC
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote and in-office environment, with willingness to travel as needed
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60K-$120K (based on experience) + commission opportunities.
