Overview:
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, servicing and assisting with group benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries
- Develop strong business relationships with insurance carrier personnel
- Conduct quarterly service status calls to assigned book of business clients
- Assist in enrollment, benchmarking, financial and utilization data based on financial review standards
- Maintain all client information in accordance with company procedures and HIPAA regulations
- Ensure accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits
- Leverage technical knowledge to ensure timely receipt and review of carrier quotes
- Update BenefitPoint in a timely manner including updates to on-going activity
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- L&H license required
- 3+ years of experience in servicing group benefits
- Proficiency in Sagitta & ImageRight software
- Friendly, team-oriented, intelligent, punctual communication, service-oriented
Day-to-day:
The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for providing client support, managing accounts, and leveraging technical knowledge to ensure accurate and timely processes.
