Broker - Casualty
Job Summary:
An established national wholesale broker is seeking an experienced Broker (Casualty) to join their growing team! This role focuses on business development and client relationship management, with a strong emphasis on generating new business through effective marketing strategies and networking efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Independently generate new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in Casualty insurance.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand client base and revenue.
- Conduct client visits to understand needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Network effectively within the industry to foster relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least 2 years of previous experience as a wholesale broker, specializing in Property & Casualty insurance.
- Demonstrated success in generating a minimum of $300k in revenue within the past 12 months.
- Proficiency in both binding and brokerage practices.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business engagements.
Compensation Package
