Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary:
An opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work closely with Account Executives and clients, providing essential policy management and customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in relationship management, and possesses a strong understanding of commercial insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Executives with servicing client accounts.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Oversee policy management, including renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes.
- Process and issue certificates of insurance in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with policy documentation and client requests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Experience with Applied TAM or similar agency management systems is preferred.
- Prior experience handling construction accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $65k-$75k (based on experience) + bonus opportunities.
