Description: Key Qualifications:
- Manage a large, established book of business with finesse and expertise.
- Demonstrate prior experience in client-facing roles, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- Handle Mid and Large Market Accounts with ease, showcasing your understanding of various insurance products.
- Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in reviewing insurance contracts and processing endorsements.
- Independently handle new and renewal submissions, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, contributing to our collective success.
- Be directly responsible for the retention of all accounts, demonstrating your commitment to client satisfaction.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address a range of issues, from cancellations to claims and carrier concerns.
Requirements:
- Must hold an active P&C license, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
- Have at least 2 years of account management experience, showcasing your expertise in the field.
- Possess above-average computer skills and a willingness to become proficient in various programs essential to the role.
