Description: Key Qualifications:

  • Manage a large, established book of business with finesse and expertise.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in client-facing roles, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Handle Mid and Large Market Accounts with ease, showcasing your understanding of various insurance products.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in reviewing insurance contracts and processing endorsements.
  • Independently handle new and renewal submissions, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, contributing to our collective success.
  • Be directly responsible for the retention of all accounts, demonstrating your commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to address a range of issues, from cancellations to claims and carrier concerns.

Requirements:

  • Must hold an active P&C license, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence.
  • Have at least 2 years of account management experience, showcasing your expertise in the field.
  • Possess above-average computer skills and a willingness to become proficient in various programs essential to the role.
