Compensation
- $60,000 - $65,000/year+ (based on experience)

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related major
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Human Resources
- Proficiency with an automated payroll system; ADP experience a plus!
- Need to be proficient using a Talent Acquisition Database System
- Need to be comfortable commuting into the office 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, collaborating with vendors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and process payroll for the entire organization
