Compensation

• $60,000 - $65,000/year+ (based on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related major
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Human Resources
• Proficiency with an automated payroll system; ADP experience a plus!
• Need to be proficient using a Talent Acquisition Database System
• Need to be comfortable commuting into the office 3 days per week

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
2. Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, collaborating with vendors as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
5. Manage and process payroll for the entire organization
