Managing Producer – Hybrid/Remote 

Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional with in-depth knowledge of personal insurance coverages. The ideal candidate will have proven experience growing and managing a book of business, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of insurance products to advise and consult with clients effectively.
• Manage and oversee the workflow of an assigned book of business, ensuring efficient delegation and adherence to company guidelines.
• Provide proactive account servicing and monitor client account activity.
• Engage with existing clients to cross-sell and round out personal lines accounts.
• Collaborate strategically with the sales team to enhance client relationships and safeguard business.
• Execute special projects as assigned by the VP, Commercial Lines.
• Review policies, coverage, and rating calculations for accuracy.
• Process endorsements, placements, and invoicing in a timely manner.
• Prepare and complete certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, carriers, and vendors.
• Lead marketing efforts for new and renewal business, including quoting and placement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, including home, auto, and boat coverage.
• Ability to meet with clients and provide tailored insurance mitigation strategies.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
