Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Cultivating effective relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of customer information and interactions.
- Delivering customized solutions directly to the customer, along with detailed explanations.
- Keeping in touch with trends in the marketplace.
- Processing policy endorsements, preparing applications and marketing existing accounts.
- Providing consistent, accurate and timely communication with customers.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- At least two years of personal insurance experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using agency management system, Applied Epic preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with other members of the team.
- PA Property & Casualty license.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
