Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Cultivating effective relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of customer information and interactions.
• Delivering customized solutions directly to the customer, along with detailed explanations.
• Keeping in touch with trends in the marketplace.
• Processing policy endorsements, preparing applications and marketing existing accounts.
• Providing consistent, accurate and timely communication with customers.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• At least two years of personal insurance experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using agency management system, Applied Epic preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with other members of the team.
• PA Property & Casualty license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
