Overview
We are seeking a talented Multi-Lines Claim Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various types of commercial claims, including those within the professional liability space.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage commercial claims including professional liability claims
- Evaluate claim submissions, conduct thorough investigations, and make fair and accurate coverage decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and equitable claims handling
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices, and implement process improvements as needed

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Claims Manager, specializing in commercial claims
- Strong knowledge of professional liability and workers compensation claims management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant industry certifications and licenses
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
