Compensation
- $70,000 - $75,000/year+ (based on experience)
- 100% remote
- 4% annual bonus

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or related experience
- 3+ years of experience handling Idaho indemnity claims
- Public entity experience is a plus!
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process Idaho workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.
