AGENCY CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE- Hybrid, Atlanta, GA

Join our team and work closely with a seasoned Claims professional! As a Claims Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the claims process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry and learn from a knowledgeable mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing and handling of insurance claims
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain claims documentation and records
• Provide administrative support to the claims team
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in an office environment or insurance-related field is a plus
