Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to manage and process insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, previous liability experience, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance claims within designated timelines
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for claims processing
• Verify accuracy and completeness of claim documentation
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Assist in resolving any claim discrepancies or issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related documentation
• Provide support to the claims team as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Claims Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claim procedures
• Previous liability experience is required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $80K - $100K (based on experience)
