Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-driven Insurance Claims Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders, supporting the claims process from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
COMPENSATION:
- $22/hr. - $24/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems.
- Familiarity with property & casualty insurance is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to new and existing insurance claims.
- Assist policyholders and claimants by explaining the claims process and providing status updates.
- Accurately collect and input claim information into internal systems.
- Support claims adjusters with administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule inspections, coordinate with vendors, and send required forms and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate adjusters or supervisors as needed.
