Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience; higher compensation considered for exceptional candidates)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
• Remote Work:
  • For Commercial Lines Account Manager: Hybrid option available (2 days in-office per week initially)
  • For Senior Account Manager: Fully remote considered for candidates with 10+ years of experience, with quarterly in-office visits (accommodation provided at our corporate beachside office)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business ranging from $550,000 to $750,000 in revenue, focusing on mid to large market real estate and construction accounts.
• Handle renewals, quoting, proposals, endorsements, changes, billings, and new business quotes.
• Collaborate with producers on placements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience for Commercial Lines Account Manager.
  • 10+ years of experience for Senior Account Manager.
  • Candidates with Commercial Lines Manager experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software and a strong aptitude for technology.
