Job Summary

Seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Broker to join a team in Florida. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional brokerage services and building strong client relationships. As an Associate Broker, this position serves as an essential liaison between clients and insurance markets, facilitating the placement of specialized insurance products. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective and professional relationships with clients, carriers, and other partners.
• Assist in identifying and assessing client coverage needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Negotiate and place insurance policies with insurers, ensuring optimal pricing and policy terms.
• Generate quotes, manage onboarding processes, and handle client data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to provide timely and efficient service to meet clients' timelines.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulations to provide relevant and informed advice.
• Ensure policies are issued and serviced accurately, reviewing documentation for compliance and consistency.
• Proactively identify additional opportunities to grow the book of business.
• Deliver outstanding client service with a focus on education, transparency, and relationship building.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in insurance, finance, sales, or a related industry.
• Licensing: A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame).
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Associate Broker, Inside Sales Specialist, or equivalent role in insurance or financial services.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Florida’s insurance regulations and regional market conditions is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet shared goals.
• Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering creative and effective solutions for clients.
