Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing insurance agency. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their personal insurance needs.

  • Provide tailored insurance solutions for standard personal lines accounts.

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.

  • Collaborate with the commercial lines team to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and streamline workflows.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to support client retention and business growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  • Previous experience in personal lines insurance is required.

  • Experience in an agency or captive insurance environment is preferred.

  • Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 annually, plus commission.
