Personal Lines Account Manager (PL AM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (PL AM) to join a dynamic team. As a PL AM, you will manage a diverse book of business, providing end-to-end service to clients while contributing to the growth and success of the agency. This position is available immediately, and they are looking for a motivated professional to fill this critical role.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
- Commission: Earn additional income through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Bonus: Discretionary bonuses based on agency profitability

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with approximately $1M in premium, consisting of accounts ranging from $100 to $15,000 in premium (average size: $3,000).
- Handle a mix of 60% renewals and 40% new business.
- Provide "soup-to-nuts" service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with top carriers, including AccidentFund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, Burns & Wilcox, CHUBB, and others.
- Utilize the EPIC Agency Management System to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in personal lines account management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with top carriers such as AccidentFund, Acuity, American Modern, Auto Owners, and others is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using the EPIC Agency Management System or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and agency profitability.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities.
