Commercial Lines Client Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a dynamic team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are accurately addressed. Responsibilities
- Act as the key account manager for a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Manage the complete client lifecycle, including onboarding, policy renewals, coverage reviews, and claims support.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, account servicing, and sales teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Review and analyze client accounts to identify gaps, ensure coverage accuracy, and recommend additional products or services as needed.
- Address and resolve client concerns proactively while anticipating future needs to mitigate risks.
- Stay current with industry changes, regulatory updates, and market trends to provide professional advice.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and senior management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within Commercial Insurance or Risk Management (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial lines products, coverage options, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in insurance management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
