Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Support to join a team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing walk-ins, processing payments, directing calls, and handling mail. Whether you are just starting your career or looking for a fulfilling role later in your professional journey, candidates from all backgrounds are welcome. No prior insurance experience is required.

This is a fully onsite position with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$22.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist 10–15 walk-in clients daily with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Provide backup support for office phone calls and walk-in traffic as needed.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
