Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of business with accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch, concierge-level service.
  • Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, policy servicing, and renewal management.
  • Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, with expertise in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One, etc.
  • Active Property & Casualty license is required.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering personalized service.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of personal property and casualty insurance coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy servicing.
  • Experience with AMS360 and other insurance carrier platforms is preferred.
