Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a Risk Management team in Denver, CO. This full-time, exempt position will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Executives by marketing, processing, and selling all lines of commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance contracts, coverages, and industry practices, and will provide technical expertise to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and produce submissions for various insurance coverages, including complex coverages.
- Analyze and compare insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
- Assist in quoting new and renewal business, with a focus on Executive Risk (D&O, EPLI, Cyber, Crime, etc.) and middle-market accounts.
- Understand and apply knowledge of major insurance coverages, including General Liability, Commercial Automobile, Workers' Compensation, Property, Business Income, and Umbrella policies.
- Interpret loss information, loss forecasting, collateral, and accruals.
- Provide technical support to Sales Executives and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Pursue professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, or ARM to enhance expertise.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience in Professional Lines.
- Licensing: Current Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
- Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand commercial lines coverage, forms, rating, and policies.
- Proficiency in insurance software (experience with EPIC is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
