Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a proven ability to generate new business and drive sales. While experience in commercial insurance is a plus, it is not required. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, plus commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and generate new business opportunities in personal lines insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize Vertafore software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance; experience in both personal and commercial lines is a plus.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure/designation is required.
• Proven track record of sales success and business generation.
• Familiarity with standard insurance accounts, with some exposure to high-value accounts.
• Proficiency in using Vertafore software or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
