Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a proven ability to generate new business and drive sales. While experience in commercial insurance is a plus, it is not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the success of a dynamic and expanding organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, plus commission opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and generate new business opportunities in personal lines insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize Vertafore software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance; experience in both personal and commercial lines is a plus.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure/designation is required.
- Proven track record of sales success and business generation.
- Familiarity with standard insurance accounts, with some exposure to high-value accounts.
- Proficiency in using Vertafore software or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
