About the Role:
Our client, a leading national insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced Garage Keeper/Property Damage Claims Adjuster to join their claims team. This individual will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex garage keeper claims from initial filing through resolution, ensuring timely and fair claim outcomes while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
Compensation:
- $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve garage keeper claims in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Determine compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments.
- Coordinate and communicate with claimants, employers, medical providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Develop strategies for efficient and cost-effective claim resolution, including litigation management when applicable.
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure timely reporting in accordance with state requirements.
- Stay current on jurisdictional laws, medical treatment trends, and best practices in garage keeper claims handling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling garage keeper claims for an insurance carrier or TPA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and independently.
