Account Executive (AE)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) to join a dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a team while leveraging a wide array of tools and resources to ensure success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-funded large group accounts, exceptional consulting skills, and a proven ability to manage accounts with 5,000+ lives. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Starting at $120,000+ (higher compensation available for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large group self-funded accounts.
• Act as a consultant to clients, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with financial managers, marketing teams, and other internal resources to deliver exceptional service.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Support quoting for new and renewal business.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Life and Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing large group self-funded accounts (5,000+ lives).
• Skills: Strong consulting and relationship management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
• Work Style: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to work from any HUB office.
• Travel: Limited travel may be required.
