Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $68,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with a high degree of independence and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal lines account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
